Progressive political commentator David Pakman was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1984, and he immigrated to the United States with his family at age five. He grew up in Northampton, Massachusetts, graduated from Northampton High School and attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he majored in economics and communications. He also earned an MBA degree from Bentley University.

Frank Figliuzzi joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a special agent in 1987 ad has worked for the FBI in the Atlanta, Washington, D.C. headquarters, San Francisco, Miami and Cleveland offices. In 2011, then director Robert Mueller appointed him assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division. Following his FBI service, he joined General Electric and served for five years as assistant chief security officer for investigations, insider threat, workplace violence prevention and special event security for GE's 300,000 employees in 180 countries.

Noam Chomsky, born on December 7, 1928, is a linguist, cognitive scientist, logician, political commentator, activist, author and philosopher. He has spent most of his career at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with the most recent title of Institute Professor Emeritus. In 2017, Chomsky taught a short-term politics course at the University of Arizona in Tucson and was later hired as a part-time professor in the linguistics department there, with his duties including teaching and public seminars.

Senator Harry Reid Interview: "We’re Going to Beat Trump and Take the Senate"

Senator Harry Reid

Born on December 2, 1939, in Searchlight Nevada, former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid served 30 years in the Senate from 1987 until his retirement in 2017. He served as lieutenant governor of Nevada from 1971-1974 and was chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission from 1977-1981. Senator Reid has been a major advocate of land conservation in Nevada over his political career and successfully secured the designation of about 5.1 million acres of federal land in Nevada as protected land, shielding them from development. In 2015, he received a lifetime achievement award from the League of Conservation Voters.
