Steven Pinker is an experimental psychologist who conducts research in visual cognition, psycholinguistics and social relations. He is the Johnstone Family Professor in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University. He writes for publications such as the New York Times, Time and The Atlantic, and is the author of several books including The Language InstinctHow the Mind Works, The Blank Slate, The Stuff of Thought, The Better Angels of Our Nature, The Sense of Style and Enlightenment Now.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, on November 15, 1929, versatile actor Ed Asner is the most honored male performer in the history of the Primetime Emmy Awards, having won seven – five for portraying Lou Grant on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and two on its spinoff drama series Lou Grant. His other Emmys were for performances in two television miniseries, Rich Man, Poor Man and Roots. He served as the 21st president of the Screen Actors Guild (1981-1985).

James "JY" Young

Born November 14, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, James Young is best known for playing lead guitar and singing in the rock band Styx. He was nicknamed by Styx members and longtime fans as “JY." From 1977 to 1981, the group released four consecutive albums that have been certified multi-platinum, The Grand Illusion, Pieces of Eight, Cornerstone and Paradise Theater, and Styx became one of the biggest bands in the country.

Hayley Mills began her acting career as a child at age 12 and was soon hailed as a rising star, winning the Academy Juvenile Award (as one of only 12 actors to ever be bestowed with this honor), BAFTA Award for Most Promising Newcomer and Golden Globe Award for New Star of the Year. Her six-picture deal with Walt Disney made her an international star and included the movies Pollyanna, The Parent Trap, In Search of the Castaways, Summer Magic, The Moon-Spinners and That Darn Cat. She appeared in many other films, in stage productions and made several guest appearances on television.
