Thomas (Tommy) Howell is known for portraying Ponyboy in the teen coming-of-age epic The Outsiders, Officer Bill “Dewey” Dudek in the TNT drama series Southland and as the sadistic serial killer, the Reaper, on CBS’s Criminal Minds. He also appeared in Red Dawn, Grandview: U.S.A., The Land That Time Forgot, The Amazing Spider-Man and LBJ.

Carmine Appice is a rock drummer who is best known for his associations with the bands Vanilla Fudge, Cactus, Beck, Bogert & Appice, King Kobra and Rod Stewart’s backing band. As an educator, Appice was the first to legitimize rock drumming with his book, The Realistic Rock Drum Method, selling over 400,000 copies (now in video format). He is ranked number 28 on Rolling Stone’s “100 Greatest Drummers of All Time” list.

Matt Sorum is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning musician who gained fame as the drummer for the Cult, Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver. In 2012, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Guns N’ Roses. Also that year, Sorum founded a touring project entitled Kings of Chaos, featuring members of Guns N’ Roses, Deep Purple, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, ZZ Top, Cheap Trick and Slipknot.

He got his first real break at the Charlie Daniels Volunteer Jam, then with other work for the Marshall Tucker Band, Pyle became known as a powerful session drummer.
