Arielle Kebbel stars opposite Dwayne Johnson on HBO’s new sports-themed series Ballers. The show premiered on June 21, 2015, and has been described as “Entourage meets Jerry Maguire,” scandalous and a lot of fun. Kebbel is known for her television roles on The Vampire Diaries, True Blood, Life Unexpected and Gilmore Girls. She recently appeared on Lifetime’s UnREAL (premiering June 1, 2015), a behind-the-scenes look at the chaos surround the production of a dating competition program, as “villainous” Britney. The busy actress has also recently landed a recurring role on the final season (slated for fall of 2015) of FXX’s comedy The League.

Regina King

Los Angeles native Regina King began her television career as Brenda Jenkins in the NBC sitcom 227 (1985-1990) which starred Marla Gibbs and had a supporting role in the feature film Jerry Maguire (1996). Later in her career, King became known for The Boondocks where she provided the voices Huey and Riley Freeman and the crime drama series Southland where she portrayed Detective Lydia Adams.

Although born in Italy, Michelle Beadle spent the majority of her childhood in the Texas towns of Roanoke, near Dallas, and Boerne, near San Antonio. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, but after three years there and deciding against a law career, took some time off and later went to the University of Texas at San Antonio where she graduated. Her career began as an intern for the San Antonio Spurs and was later a reporter.
